Product Coordinator


 

Role Mission:

A UJV Product Coordinator is responsible for the continued maintenance of our luxury hotel portfolio within our company’s internal applications, specifically the Product Grid. They will interact and maintain existing vendor relationships, review pricing and contract agreements, and ensure all services offered are clearly & efficiently communicated to the internal team.

You Will:

  • Continuously update and maintain the Product Grid, ensuring that our existing hotel portfolio is up-to-date. Verify that the services offered in each region align with the correct hotel.
  • Be responsible for creating and updating essential information in our internal systems, including hotel details, pricing, and contractual agreements.
  • Review pricing, contract agreements, and the terms and conditions within contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain a strong focus on detail, ensuring that all information and documentation are error-free.
  • Interact professionally and efficiently with both external clients and our internal team, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues.
  • Use critical thinking skills to effectively manage multiple contracts and agreements simultaneously.


You Have:

  • Previous work experience within hospitality is a must, preferably from either hotel or travel agency
  • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A passion for luxury travel and the desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Must be fluent in English
